With sales greatly impacted greatly by iOS changes and needed to pick momentum back up, BionicGym approached us to develop a Black Friday campaign to transition perfectly from their ads to the products on the store.
When reviewing the BionicGym Shopify store we found that the store was a little dated and wasn’t optimised as well as it could be for conversions.

With a host of site speed optimisations such as lazyloading images and CLS updates we were able to increase mobile site speed from 21 to 69.
