Better Skin wanted to portray a more fun and gender-neutral brand image. Their strapline ‘for all people’ needed to be reflected in the packaging and the branding. When we audited the Better Skin Co Shopify store, finding that their products were not being showcased as well as they could be.
We streamlined the purchase process, with a more user-friendly product form and effectively sectioned product, brand and delivery information.
As part of the brand refresh, we aimed for bolder, more impactful and gender-neutral branding.
Improving customer interaction & social proof
Our design process led us to research competitor branding and presented Better Skin Co with three options of design direction.
As the design process evolved in discussions with Better Skin Co, we developed a winning concept to create something truly unique for their brand.
Whilst reviewing competitor Shopify stores, we found rival brands were lacking the creative vision and not using strategies such as social proofing to support product claims.
