A fresh take on tradition, Chateau Beauchene is the seat of vinification and breeding of the various vineyards of the family.
Why Rainy City?
Chateau Beauchene wanted to set itself apart from other wineries and move away from traditional branding often associated with wineries and bring something fresh.
As their brand had grown over the years, they wanted to increase sales further and sell directly to the consumer, rather than using their site as just a source of information.
Chateau Beauchene were also looking to make it easier for customers to navigate as the old sites had been built on an old custom platform that didn’t have the ability to sell directly to the consumer.

The challenge
The existing site was very difficult for users to navigate and didn’t reflect their brand and how they wanted to be perceived by consumers.
To overcome this we re-platformed Chateau Beuchene to Shopify. Throughout the process, we worked closely with their branding team to provide clear direction when speaking about the brand’s heritage.
